This Focus RS is such a fun car to drive and it sounds fantastic! The history report for this RS shows a wonderful history of consistent maintenance throughout its history. The history also shows that it was reacquired by the manufacturer and listed as a Lemon Law / Manufacturer Buy Back in California (which is very common) when the car had just 41,000 miles on it. Since this time, the manufacturer is required to correct the issue and inspect the vehicle to be sold. Since that time the vehicle has been driven over 30,000 miles since with continued regular maintenance history so there are no concerns at all. While the age and mileage are typical for what we sell, the overall cosmetic condition is not. The car shows some light hail marks on the roof, hood and sides. This damage is not immediately noticeable but we still want to disclose it. Because of the previous title marking and cosmetic blemishes, we've priced this Focus below market value.
