This X5 has a Lemon-Law / Manufacturer Buy Back from when it was nearly new with less than 10,000 miles on it due to a "low battery message" regarding the starting battery (not the hybrid battery). Once this occurs the manufacturer is required to fix the issue and inspect it to be re-sold. It has since had nearly 40,000 miles without concern and regular maintenance. Additionally, we have fully inspected it and it needs nothing.
